We would never want anyone to pay their hard earned money without having the opportunity to first experience everything we have to offer. So, please enjoy a FREE training session on us. During this training session please feel free to ask any questions you might have or clear up any concerns that have been issues in the past when attempting to start new fitness programs.
If you have been out of the fitness world for a little while and find yourself both nervous and excited, please trust me when I say you will be just fine! Having close to 15 years of experience helping clients from all walks of life I can assure you the only thing you should be focusing on is the fact that you made the decision to "START"!
Try and remember to drink a little more water than usual the day before and the morning of your first training sessions with us so that you can perform at your best. Depending on the time of day you decide to schedule your first class, you will want to try and eat a little something 30 to 45 minutes before class starts. You will be fine wearing just normal athletic clothing and a pair of comfortable running shoes.

Please remember that it is very important that we schedule your free training session and that you have received a confirmation via email or text from our membership services team clearly stating your chosen day and time. This is to ensure our coaches are aware of the time and day that you would like to attend your first training session with us. Although we would love to accept walk-ins at random times, it would be very difficult to maintain the professional flow and seamless transition between classes we have come to be known for without a clean and structured schedule.
